WELCOME TO THE LOWER CLARENCE AMATEUR ROWING AND SCULLING CLUB

Established in1885, our club now sits on the bank of the glorious South Arm of the Clarence River where the water is smooth, peaceful and disturbed by little river traffic.

Kilometres of enclosed water with long straight stretches are available for various distances of rowing.

We are one of the few clubs to have a registered 2km rowing course.

Our membership ranges from 12 years to over 80: from brand new beginners to elite rowers.

New members of any ability and aged over 12 are always welcome.

Members may choose to row socially or become involved in competing. Competition is available for all ages.

We run Learn to Row programs throughout the year.  More Info

Our clubhouse is available to hire for rowing camps.  More Info
